what's ambien?
Vladan, you should get find some. Ambien is marketed as Stilnox in Europe and it's a super little pill that helps you get to sleep, but it's not actually a sedative like most sleeping pills. It just makes your limbs feel tingly, as they should when you're successfully falling to sleep. And then you're off! And if you can get a doctor to write you a prescription, it's super-cheap in the Czech Republic.
PS I read somewhere that alcohol and Ambien sparked an "air rage" incident with Peter Buck of R.E.M.
