The other night I went to this restaurant as recommended by Evan Rail. Naturally, since it was recommended by Evan Rail, half of expat Prague was there. (OK, so I ran into two foreigners I know.)

Anyway, during the conversation the point arose that Evan Rail has been writing restaurant reviews for the Prague Post longer than any previous restaurant reviewer -- perhaps longer than any restaurant reviewer in Prague, who knows -- and that indeed, his reviews are one of the reasons a lot of people buy the paper. There's got to be a publishing opportunity of some sort in there.
