Journalists Fear Impact on Protecting Sources - New York Times
Funny, because the article says nothing to support the headline. The closest you get is a wishy-washy statement from the editor of The Spokesman-Review in Spokane, Wash.
In fact, the only journalists who have much to say about it are pretty clear the Judith Miller case will have no impact on their work. The one guy quoting saying it will make it more difficult for journalists to protect sources is a lawyer who makes a living suing journalists and newspapers to get them to reveal sources.
It seems this whole case, along with 90% of what's written about it, is a big pile of horse shit.
